- Both Retail numbers have been positive
- FOMC Rate Decision today
- FOMC talking today will have a big effect of the market
- Be careful today has the market will probably be light before the announcement
- FOMC is usually bullish (but that may change)
- Bulls continue to hold 1227
- Dip buying is still strong
